We built two mixing tanks for a major dairy producer in the south of the Netherlands. Designed and built to meet EHEDG requirements, featuring optimised agitators and Duplex material chosen to resist salt corrosive.

Nickel alloy drying towers

We manufactured three drying towers from a specialized nickel alloy for drying aggresive permeate — an whey by-product. Delivered to sites in the Netherlands, Germany and the United States.

In 2018, we were awarded the KIWA product certificate for supplying vertical cylindrical steel storage tanks up to 150 m³, in compliance with assessment guideline BRL-K756/03.

Drying tower for FrieslandCampina

We supplied a drying tower with a diameter of 10.5 metres. Due to its size, the tower was built in two sections and transported via inland waterways.

For an international market leader in process solutions, Kuipers supplied a replacement dryer to a large Dutch whey processor — handling the whey left over from cheese production.

A 20,000-litre vacuum pressure tank with heating jacket and agitator, designed and built in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU. Custom-made within strict technical requirements.

Kuipers produced manure tanks on a self-supporting chassis with a calibrated weighing system — built for heavy-duty use in the agricultural road transport of animal manure and liquid fertilisers.

Four reactor heads in stainless steel 1.4404, internally ground to Ra 0.8 µm, designed for pressures up to +6.5 barg at 185°C. Executed in accordance with AD-2000 and TÜV — precision work with strict material requirements.

Autoclave

An autoclave with heavy-duty agitator (Jongia Mixing Technology), suitable for both under- and overpressure. Heated via a jacket, designed in accordance with AD2000 and PED — for demanding process industry applications.
