For a major dairy producer in the south of the Netherlands, we are building two mixing tanks for cream sauces.
During the preliminary phase, the existing design was fully adapted in consultation with the client to meet current requirements.
The execution is EHEDG compliant. The agitators have been modified and the cleaning system is designed to pass a Riboflavin test.
The tanks are used for both sweet and savory sauces. Therefore, the shell and bottoms are made of Duplex material, offering improved resistance to salts compared to standard austenitic stainless steels.
