Kuipers Woudsend manufactures skids for various applications and industries. Skids in all sizes, supplied as a (complete) process installation and mounted on a stainless steel frame. Kuipers handles the engineering and construction of process tanks, scrubbers, equipment, piping and work platforms, and installs supplied pumps, valves, fittings and instruments.
In collaboration with the client and other suppliers, we facilitate the cabling and testing of the installation during the commissioning phase. For many clients, this is the preferred way to integrate a process section into existing production lines with minimal production loss and logistical disruption. Examples include cheese production modules, CIP installations and scrubber units.

Road transport tanks need to be light, strong and reliable under all conditions. Kuipers Woudsend has been building these tanks for established players in the transport sector for many years.
The renewed Vogelzang RMO features a significant weight reduction compared to the previous generation, without compromising on build quality. With steering on both front and rear axle, these trailers can reach even the most difficult locations. The tank is made of high-grade stainless steel at Kuipers Woudsend.
In collaboration with a service company and a trailer manufacturer, Kuipers Woudsend produces stainless steel manure tanks for the road transport of animal manure.
Truck en Trailer Service Smilde BV, Rondaan Carrosserie & Wagenbouw BV and Kuipers Woudsend BV jointly developed and produced an outstanding manure trailer. The renewed trailer features a significant weight reduction compared to the previous generation. The stainless steel tank has a capacity of 36 m³ and can be fitted with options such as a sight glass, manhole and walkway platform. The trailer is equipped with a pump delivering 6 m³ per minute, a calibrated weighing system and a sampling device. Ideal for the transport of manure, liquid fertilisers, sludge and wastewater.
For the transport of hazardous materials, Kuipers Woudsend manufactures tanks in Duplex stainless steel – a material with extremely high chemical resistance. The trailer and technical controls are supplied by VB Trailerbouw B.V.

For a major dairy producer in the south of the Netherlands, we are building two mixing tanks for cream sauces. During the preliminary phase, the existing design
Kuipers produced manure tanks on a self-supporting chassis with a calibrated weighing system — built for heavy-duty use in the agricultural road transport of animal manure and liquid fertilisers.
